Les Amis de la Passe Canon is an organisation created after a tragic accident near Poste LaFayette some 20 years ago in which a number of policemen died in an exercise at sea. Unfortunately their families that were left behind never received no help from the government, leading to generations of struggling to survive. This organisation, headed by uncle Roger, supports a large group of children, many related to the men who died at sea. For the last years we sponsored a Christmas party they organise for these kids. However, only this year we could attend for the first time. We saw these kids having a great day with food, games, icecream, prices and presents. The joy on their faces alone was enough for us to commit to sponsoring this party in the years to come.

In Phoenix we surprised 26 children who got together on Christmas day. We organised for Santa to attend their party in person and thank Edwin and Janet for making sure he would arrive on time and with the rigth presents! The looks on their faces as they watched Santa coming in was priceless as they probably never saw Santa in real live!
