Anouska was one of the girls we noticed first back in 2006 in Albion (see pictures). Expecting to give birth any day we helped her with the first basic needs for her newborn. All we wanted was for that child to have a good start as we considered her to be our mascot.  We were delighted to hear Katie was born healthily right after we returned to the Netherlands. So, coming back in 2008, we came back to Anouska and spent the day with her and her lovely daughter Katie. As life was still a struggle (a mother with child, living in a 2m by 1m room, see picture) we decided to go out and spoil Katie and at the same time supply Anouska with a large amount of baby neccesities like nappies, powder and wipes. Katie now looked like a real princess with a nice new wardrobe, and she so deserved it, always being very happy. By now Anouska and her daughter are in a much better situation but we will always consider Katie to be our mascot as she was the first child we invested in.
